Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Nayab Watches. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unworn.

• The product must not be damaged.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A PKR 300 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be transferred to your provided bank account within a reasonable processing time.

Refunds will only be issued if the returned product meets all return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped.
